AfriComNet Recognizes Excellence in HIV and AIDS Communication in Africa
The African Network for Strategic Communication in Health and Development (AfriComNet) recognized six organizations and individuals for outstanding efforts to fight HIV and AIDS through communication during the first-ever annual award ceremony for excellence in HIV and AIDS communication in Africa on the evening of 28th May 2007, at Hilton Hotel, Sandton, South Africa.

Produced by Curious Pictures and CADRE, Tsha Tsha is an entertainment-education television drama series focusing on young people and dealing with love, sexuality and relationships in a world affected by HIV/AIDS.

AfriComNet Chairman Award: Omololu Falobi honoured at 2007 AfricomNet awards
Omololu Falobi, late founder/Executive Director of Journalists Against AIDS (JAAIDS) Nigeria has been honoured posthumously with this years AfricomNet Award of Excellence in HIV and AIDS Strategic Communication in Africa .
